Purchased my new Rock-ola  Bubbler Jukebox from Nostalgia Electronics thru Internet Store, George he kept me informed on the order status plus followed up behind the Factory to let me know of the Delivery. When it arrived, the unit had a misaligned or bent pick up arm.


George spent several phone calls to get it resolved including as more local repairmen (George is in Arizona, I'm in +North Carolina ).


Through his help, Jorge at Rock-Ola and Chris Call out of Charlotte,  my Jukebox is up and running, George and Jorge Rivera are great to work with and I would recommend the product and services to anyone interested in Jukebox.

George has been very helpful whenever we called on his expertise.  The patience and kindnesses he showed us was only surpassed by his skills with our Wurlitzer 1080.  Since we have moved he has taken our calls in the continued care for our jukebox.  His service is second to none!  Thank you, George.
