DEFINITIONS, FEES, AND TIMELINE

QUESTIONS:

If you have any questions about our services and/or work, please contact George at Nostalgia Electronics anytime.

DEFINITIONS ...

Nostalgia Electronics agrees to perform the above-mentioned work with respect to the defined wording, due date, and fees, as indicated by the following areas.

  • 'Service Call'. The Service Call shall consist of visiting the Client where the Jukebox is located, lubricating moving parts, deoxidizing the jukebox, troubleshooting any problems that may exist, and diagnosing any suspicious areas.  Service call does not include fixing any existing problems or issues associated with the jukebox.

  • 'Jukebox Repair'. Jukebox Repair consists of fixing any and/or replacing parts that will make the jukebox play music again. Jukebox Repair may involve removing the jukebox from its current location and taking it to our repair facility in Scottsdale AZ. There are times when we can repair the jukebox at its location. Jukebox Repair will always be the second step following the Service Call.

  • 'New Part(s)'. New parts consist of jukebox machines or cabinet parts that come directly from the manufacturer and have a limited warranty. Nostalgia Electronics will replace the New Part(s) as indicated by the manufacturer. Nostalgia Electronics does not warrant or guarantee labor if the New Part(s) malfunctions in any way. However, we will replace the New Part(s) (within the manufactures warranty time frame) with a re-ordered New Part from the manufacturer, and with our regular Jukebox Repair rate (see section 10).

  • 'Used Part(s)'. Used Part(s) consist of jukebox machine or cabinet parts that have come from other used Jukeboxes which are no longer in service. Nostalgia Electronics will find the Used Part for the Client and replace the non-working part as needed to repair the Clients jukebox. Because Used Part has many years of normal wear and tear, Nostalgia Electronics does not guarantee or warranty Use Part, in any way. Nor does Nostalgia Electronics warranty labor if the Used Part malfunctions. However, Nostalgia Electronics will find an alternative Used Part and replace the part at the regular part and Repair rate.

  • 'Rebuilt Part(s)'. Rebuilt Part(s) consist of jukebox machine or cabinet parts that have come from other used Jukeboxes which are no longer in service and have been taken apart, oxidized, and rebuilt in an almost new fashion. Nostalgia Electronics will find the Rebuilt Part(s) for the Client and replace the Rebuilt Part as needed to repair the Clients jukebox. Because Rebuilt Parts are not brand new, the third-party company who rebuilt the part and Nostalgia Electronics does not guarantee or warranty these parts, in any way. Nor does Nostalgia Electronics warranty labor if the Rebuilt Part malfunctions. However, Nostalgia Electronics will find an alternative Used or Rebuilt Part and replace the part at the regular part and Repair rate.
